ICS Analytics is a service than offers comprehensive statistics about your incoming calls handling chain.
Through the Extranet tool and the administration module of the ICS offer, CONSISTENT ranks as a reference solution and provides consolidated statistics. Statistics are provided at a quarter hour, day, week, month, and year scale. Users profiles with differentiated rights might be defined.
This efficient reporting and analysis tool allows you to monitor your service quality and helps you understand your level of service and the progress of your calls’ management. You are given the possibility to view reports in graphic form on the screen or to download them as a XML or Microsoft® Excel file. Once consulted or imported into company’s analysis and reporting tools, they will help you understand and analyse flows perfectly in your own information system context. ICS Analytics will allow you to adapt the service offered to the customers.
