Consistent is a subsidiary of Interactiv-group, a 120+ employee telecom group specialising in customer relationship and digital interactions. Consistent was founded in Paris in 2003 and pioneered cloud-based call centre solutions with a user-friendly IVR builder. Our solutions offer non-expert users to modify their services on the fly.

We have 18 years of experience in providing CCaaS to a wide range of companies in multiple verticals including banking, housing, utilities, media, e-commerce, retail, travel & tourism, insurance, and healthcare.

We are expert in white label products and services. Our customers get branded software interfaces and documentation but also branded support from our expert team during every phase of their project: from pre-sales support (datasheets, sales team extranet, sales agents training, videos, products demonstrations…) to 24/7 multichannel and multilingual incident support including functional support for service evolutions. We also provide third party billing.
